The database was constructed using bioinformatics algorithms, namely; PSIMAP, PEIMAP, and iPfam. The database present the resultant species specific interaction network and host-pathogen interactions.

Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryzae is an important pathogenic bacterium that causes bacterial blight in rice.
