ValLigURL is the totally cool Ligand Validator at Uppsala University, a service that allows users to upload their ligand coordinates and then compare the geometry and conformation with other ligands of the same type that have been deposited at the PDB, along with a structure with 'ideal' geometry as calculated by MSDchem.
