MERYB is a web-based application, mainly designed to store and analyze plant metabolome data obtained by GC-MS an 1H-NMR. It was developed in CBiB (Bioinformatic Center Bordeaux).
The purposes of MERYB are (i) to store, track, and query information related to metabolomic experiments, i.e., from tissue sampling to metabolites identification and quantitative measurements, and (ii) to view raw data.
MERYB is based on the PostgreSQL Database Management System.
MERYB is still under development. More features (extracting facilities, statistical analyses) will included in next few months.
