The goal of GeneSNPs is to provide an integrated, gene-centric view of cDNA, genomic and SNP sequence information for human genes.
This EGP web resource integrates gene, sequence and polymorphisms data into individually annotated gene models. High quality and high density data are provided.
Training on the use of GeneSNPs is freely available.
